Report a security issue

Short answer: report suspected vulnerabilities or incidents through the security report form. If an account or laptop may be compromised, first cut access yourself: an admin can pause the member and use Disconnect all AI apps now on AI access.

If something is happening now

1. Lost laptop or phone: an admin pauses the member (Pause access on their page) or clicks Sign out everywhere.
2. Suspected AI misuse: on AI access, click Disconnect all AI apps now, or turn the affected app off.
3. Leaked PSA credentials: change the secret in the PSA, then Test and replace on Connections (or Remove the connection).
4. Review the Audit log for the person and time.
5. Then report it through the form.

What to include

• What you saw, when (with time zone) and which page, AI app or tool.
• Steps to reproduce, for a vulnerability.
• Your MSP name and the affected member, if any.

Can I test StackTether's security?

Ask first through the form, and test only your own MSP's account. Do not access other customers' data or disrupt the service.
